My Real Estate Story: How I started in real estate.
Someone very wise told me that my first home probably wouldn’t be my forever home, but it would be an excellent investment. I am so thankful for that advice because it sparked my enthusiasm for sharing the benefits of real estate investing with others. You see, my first home was not my dream, forever home, but upon the sale of that home, I was able to pay off debt, put a down payment on my next home, and add to my savings. With the knowledge and experience I have gained, I want to help you achieve these same milestones and more.
As a born and raised Tennessean and a Nashville resident for over 20 years, I have seen the extraordinary changes in real estate development over the years. Now, as a real estate agent, I work with home buyers and sellers as well as those interested in investment properties. My enthusiasm for helping others and learning about their goals coupled with my attentiveness to their situation and needs helps me connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.
When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with family, talking and networking with entrepreneurs, and traveling around the world.

We all have aspirations and dreams, but how do we transform these dreams into reality? I never imagined that my first home, a foreclosure, would position me to travel around the world, start a business, and create passive income from my first rental unit. But it did! Now, I realize that real estate can be that vehicle to help propel your dreams from your imagination to real life. What you’re able to create in reality begins as an idea so I ask, what’s one of your big, hairy, audacious goals? One of mine is to visit at least 50 countries. At the time I made that goal, it seemed like an impossibility. Now, I am so close to hitting that goal that I have to set a new travel milestone. One major contributor to me making that goal a reality was another seemingly impossible dream: to travel around the world (literally). Well real estate helped me to make that dream come true; I used a portion of the savings I acquired from the sale of my first home to fund my trip of a lifetime to 20 countries across 6 continents. I made what was once only a dream of mine into my reality.

Build it.
The profits from my first home enhanced my life in so many ways. I paid off debt, had a down payment to purchased a new home, increased my savings, and eventually took a trip around the world. With this new foundation of how real estate could benefit my life, I wanted to grow and expand my knowledge and experience. This growth took form as my first rental unit which I had a hand in designing thanks to my engineering background. In addition to the real estate benefits I previously realized with my first house such as home appreciation and equity growth, my 1st rental unit showed me the power of passive income.
