Did you know heart disease is the #1 killer of women?! As a Realtor, I love helping people build wealth through home ownership and investing, but I also believe in building stronger, healthier communities. That’s why I am honored to have been nominated and named the Woman of Impact for Middle TN.

    Go Red for Women Movement

    The Go Red for Women movement is the American Heart Association’s national initiative to end heart disease and stroke in women. Cardiovascular disease kills more women than all forms of cancer combined. Through Go Red for Women, donor support helps raise awareness, improve care, and address unique risks women face against heart disease. This effort empowers women with the knowledge, tools, and community support to take control of their heart health through education, advocacy, and lifestyle changes.

    Woman of Impact Initiative

    The Go Red for Women Woman of Impact movement is a nationwide initiative by the American Heart Association that empowers women to take charge of their heart health and become changemakers in their communities. Each year, a select group of women commit to a 9-week challenge to raise awareness and critical funds for heart disease—the leading cause of death in women—driving bold change and making a lasting impact on women’s health.

    Woman of Impact - Middle TN

    As part of the Go Red for Women Woman of Impact movement, I alongside my incredible Impact Team, raised over $45,000 to fight heart disease in women. This level of support achieved the top fundraising spot for the Woman of Impact Middle TN title. Together, our entire 2025 Woman of Impact nominee class raised more than $250,000, making a powerful statement in support of women’s heart health and driving real change in our communities.
